How Does The Supervising Provider Sign And Lock The Clinical Note In PureEHR?

  1. A supervising provider can Sign and Lock the clinical notes once it is signed by the rendering provider.   

  1. To sign and lock the clinical notes first search the patient from the Search Box situated in the top right corner.

  1. Now click on the Clinical Notes button as shown below. 


  1. Select the appointment which you want to Sign and Lock clinical notes from the left menu as shown below. 


  1. Now click on the Sigh and Lock button as shown below.


  1. After clicking on the button, the system will ask for confirmation to sign and lock the note. Click on the “Yes, want to sign and lock this note!” button as shown below. 


  1. Now your clinical notes are signed and locked and when the note is locked, the status will be changed to Locked as shown below. 



  1. After Signed and Locked notes can be viewed by clicking on Preview Notes as shown below.
