How To Active/Deactive Clinical Notes In PureEHR?

  1. Go to Clinical from the main menu and click on Clinical Notes Settings.


  1. To make any clinical note active or inactive, check on the #Active checkbox as shown below. 

NOTE: Here the notes that are marked in red background, indicate that these notes are Inactive. 

  1. After making the desired changes click on the Save button and the changes will be reflected in the clinical notes.
