How to Active / Inactive CRM Status?

  1. Go to the Service menu and under the PureCRM tab open PureCRM Status & Pipeline


  1. First, select the pipeline from the above to see its status. 


  1. Under the Status, column clicks on the blue button to make the CRM Status inactive. 

When the button turns grey the CRM Status is inactivated.


  1. To Active the CRM status, click on the grey button placed under the Status column.

When the button turns blue the CRM Status is activated


Only the Active CRM Status will be available in the CRM view to manage the opportunity cards.
