Firstly open a Patient Chart by either searching for a patient in the search box situated at the top right side of the screen or from the Patient List in Patient at the top left side of the screen.
Now click on the Credit Card icon situated at the top of the patient chart above the patient photo as shown below.
This will send a link to the patient's registered email ID, the patient can add their credit card details by opening that link and after that the credit card details will be added to the system under the particular patient’s account.
The email sent to add credit card details will look like the image as under.
When a patient will click on Authorize Now or click on the Link given they can redirect to a form in which they can fill out the details.
Once the credit card detail will be added to the system the credit card icon Image will turn in Green color.
Adding a credit card will charge $1 from the credit card.
The other two icon images beside the credit card icon are for insurance documents and the other is for identification proof of patients.

Firstly open a Patient Chart by either searching for a patient in the search box situated at the top right side of the screen or from the Patient List in Patient at the top left side of the screen.
Now click on Billing situated second in position at the left side menu.
Select credit card for Payment Method.
Under the select credit card click on Add New Credit Card and add the required information.
Now tick mark the box of Save for Future Use to add and save credit cards in the system.
After that, click on Pay to make a payment.
One can add more than one credit card to the patient's account.
Detail of credit cards can be viewed from the sub-menu of credit cards in the main menu billing as shown below.
