How to Add a New Opportunity Card in CRM?
Go to the Service menu and under the PureCRM tab open PureCRM View
First, select the pipeline under which you want to add an opportunity card.
Click on the Plus “+” icon placed at the right-hand side top of the screen.
Add a patient name and select it from the search result.
Then select the CRM status under which you want to add the patient’s opportunity card.
Now click on the Save button.
A new Opportunity card for patients has been successfully added.
