How to Add a New Patient to The CRM Pipeline From The Patient Chart?
First, open a Patient Chart by either searching for a patient in the Search Box situated at the top right side of the screen or from the Patient List in Patient at the top left side of the screen.
Click to select the CRM tab situated on the left side menu as shown in the image.
Now select a CRM pipeline
Then Select the CRM status for this patient.
Select wellness coordinator if required (optional)
Then click on the save button to add the patient to CRM.
Note: you can add one patient in multiple pipelines using the same process and model. The recent pipeline and CRM status will be visible in the patient chart. But a detailed view of the CRM pipeline can be viewed from PureCRM view.
