The Patient Problem List is a simple and effective way to keep track of your patient's diagnosis and treatment options. With the patient problem list, you can keep track of both active and inactive problems with a patient.
Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.
Search the patient whose information you want to edit.
That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below.
Go to the Problem tab as shown below.
Click on the +Problem button situated on the top right corner as shown below.
Fill in all the details and click on Save and your problem will be saved successfully. When clicked on the button Save and Add Another, it will allow you to save and add another problem.
You can also edit the problem by clicking on the Edit Problem icon as shown below. Edit the details and click the Save button. Your problem will be successfully saved.
You can also delete the problem by clicking on the Delete Problem icon as shown below.
After clicking on the Delete icon, it will ask for confirmation to delete the problem as shown below. Click on Yes, Delete it. And your problem will be deleted successfully.
One can also view Inactive Problems by clicking on the Show Inactive Problems checkbox as shown below. This will allow you to view Inactive problems.
Below given figure shows Inactive Problems.
To edit the Inactive Problems click on the Edit Problem icon as shown below.
After editing the problem, click on the Save button. Your Inactive Problem will be saved successfully.
To delete the Inactive problems, click on the Delete Problem icon as shown below.
After clicking on the Delete Problem icon, it will ask for confirmation to delete the Problem as shown below. Click on Yes, delete it! button and your Inactive Problem will be deleted successfully.
