How To Add A New Vaccine Type?

Immunizations are for storing patients' vaccination records. Type of vaccination given to patients.


  1. Open a Patient Chart by either searching a patient in the Search Box situated at the top right side on screen or from the Patient List in patient at the top left side on screen. 


  1. Now scroll down on the left side menu and click on Immunization.


  1. To add a new vaccine type click on the +Vaccine button as shown below.


  1. Enter the required details.


  1. Click on Save and Add Another to add one more new vaccine type.


  1. To add a vaccine, select the vaccine from the dropdown as shown below.


  1. Now click on Select Vaccine. 


  1. Add vaccination details and click on Save Records as shown below.
