How to Add CRM Notes for a Patient?
Go to the Service menu and under the PureCRM tab open PureCRM View

First, select the pipeline under which you want to manage an opportunity.

Double-click on the opportunity card to open the details.

Click on the Note tab.

Type the note in the text area as shown in the below-given image.
Now the Add button will be enabled.


Click on the +Add button to add and save this note.

A New CRM note has been successfully added to the patient details.
