How to Add CRM Notes for a Patient?

  1. Go to the Service menu and under the PureCRM tab open PureCRM View


  1. First, select the pipeline under which you want to manage an opportunity. 


  1. Double-click on the opportunity card to open the details.


  1. Click on the Note tab.


  1. Type the note in the text area as shown in the below-given image.

Now the Add button will be enabled.


  1. Click on the +Add button to add and save this note.

A New CRM note has been successfully added to the patient details.
