How To Check If A Patient Has Submitted Identification Documents In PureEHR?



Introduction To Patient Identification Report 


The Patient Identification module allows providers to view a list of patients who have not submitted their identification documents, patients whose identification documents have been submitted successfully, and patients whose email address has not been registered. Additionally, it provides the capability to send bulk emails to multiple patients. 


Accessing Patient Identification Report


  1. Click on Reports from the main menu as shown below.

  1. Go to the Patient Identification tab as shown below.

  1. The Patient Identification Report module will be seen as shown below. 

Note: The user can directly access the patient chart by clicking on the ChartID.  

  1. Here the list of patients whose identification is pending will be displayed by default.


Using Filters 


  1. To search for the patient, enter the patient’s name in the search box as shown below. 

  1. After searching for any specific patient, the respective output will be generated as shown below. 

  1. To further simply output results, select the statuses from the dropdown shown below.

  1. After selecting the status, the respective output will be generated as shown below.


Sending The Verification Link For Uploading The Patient Identification Documents


  1. To send the verification to any patient, click on the Resend Verification Link icon under the Actions column as shown below.

  1. An Email will be sent to the patient’s registered email address as shown below.


Uploading Documents from the Received Email(for patients)


  1. Click on the Activate button from the email as shown in the above image. 

  2. The user will be redirected to the following page.

 


  1. The user can enter Driver’s License Information, Insurance Information, and Pharmacy Information. 

  2. After entering the information, the user has to click on the Save button. The information of the user will be successfully uploaded. 


Sending Multiple Emails At A Time


  1. Multiple emails can also be sent by clicking on the Checkboxes under the Actions column. To select all patients at once click on the checkbox as shown below.

  1. To select specific patients, check the respective checkboxes as shown below.

  1. Now click on the Send Mail button as shown below and the mail will be sent to multiple patients.


View Email Template


  1. To view the email template that the system is sending to the patients, click on the Show email template icon under the Actions column as shown below.

  1. The user can view the email template as shown below.
