How To Check Unmatched ERA In PureEHR?
Introduction
After the claims are processed, there will be times when the patient information or the appointment information will be changed. In such situations, there will be unmatched data. Unmatched ERA Report allows viewing the list of all the unmatched ERAs received.
Accessing Unmatched ERA Report
Click on the Reports from the main menu.
Go to the Unmatched ERA tab.
Using Filters
To see the ERA of a specific type, use Unmatched ERA Range Type as shown below.
Use the Date filter to select the date range.
Now click on the Search button as shown below.
To view the comparison of the information, click on the reference number under the Ref. # column or click on the view icon under the Actions column as shown below.
A comparison popup will be displayed as shown below.
To view the adjustment reason, mouse hover on the icon under the Adjustment Reason column as shown below.
