Introduction To Credit Card Authorization Report
PureEHR gives users the functionality to check whether the patient has authorized its credit card or not by using Rectangle Authorization Report.
Accessing The Credit Card Authorization Report
Click on the Reports from the main menu as shown below.
Now go to the Credit Card Authorization as shown below.
Here the logs for the sent email of the authorization request, pending authorization, successful authorization, failed to send an email, and how many follow-ups have been taken will be shown.
Searching The Patient
To search for any specific patient, the user has to enter the patient's name in the search box as shown below.
To further simplify the output result, use the following filter
Send Verification Link For Credit Card Authorization
Click on Resend Verification Link as shown below. After the verification link is sent, the patient will get an email authorizing a credit card on the registered email address.
The number of follow-ups taken can also be seen in the report under the Follow-up column as shown below.
Sending Multiple Emails At A Time
Multiple emails can also be sent by clicking on the Checkboxes under the Actions column. To select all patients at once click on the checkbox as shown below.
To select specific patients, check the respective checkboxes as shown below.
Now click on the Send Mail button as shown below and the mail will be sent to multiple patients.
View Email Template
To view the email template that the system is sending to the patients, click on the Show email template icon under the Actions column as shown below.
The user can view the email template as shown below
Import CSV
To import the CSV of the patients, click on the Import CSV button in the top right corner as shown below.
Now select the CSV by clicking on the Choose CSV button.
NOTE: CSV should be in the exact same format as shown in the above image.
Click on the Upload File button as shown below.
The patient will be imported successfully.
