Introduction to Provider Management
Provider management enables the creation of a provider account as well as the scheduling of its available time slots. Provider scheduling can be done in one or two sessions. If a provider needs to take a break, the scheduling can be done in two sessions. The break can also be added directly from the calendar. An appointment cannot be scheduled when the provider is on break. A single provider can work in several offices. The provider's working hours are scheduled within the office schedule. An appointment cannot be scheduled outside of the provider's time slot.
