How To Create A Visit Profile In PureEHR?
Introduction To Visit Profile
Visit profile saves your time by adding duration, color coding, and billing profile every time while scheduling an appointment.
Accessing The Visit Profile
Click on Appointments from the Settings menu.
Go to the sub menu Appointment Profile settings and click on the Visit Profile tab.
Adding A Visit Profile
Click on the +Visit Profile button on the top right corner as shown below.
Enter all the required details and click on the Save button as shown below.
Visit profile is successfully created.
Edit Visit Profile
You can also edit a visit profile by clicking on the Edit icon under the Actions column as shown below.
Edit all of the details that you want to change, then click the Update button.
Your visit profile is successfully updated.
Delete Visit Profile
You can also delete a visit profile by clicking on the Delete icon under the Actions column as shown below.
After clicking on the Delete icon, the system will ask for confirmation about deleting the visit profile as shown below.
Click on Yes, delete it! Your visit profile is successfully deleted.
View Deleted Visit Profile
To can also view your deleted profile by clicking on the Show Archived button as shown below.
After clicking on the Show Archived button, it will redirect you to the deleted visit profile window as shown below.
