A Step-by-Step Guide to Deleting Problems in PureEHR

How To Delete A Problem?

  1. Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.

  1. Search the patient whose information you want to edit. 


  1. That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below. 


  1. Go to the Problem tab as shown below.


  1. Click on the Delete Problem icon as shown below. 

  1. After clicking on the Delete icon, it will ask for the confirmation to delete the problem as shown below. Click on Yes, Delete it. And your problem will be deleted successfully.
