How to Delete CRM Notes for a Patient?
Go to the Service menu and under the PureCRM tab open PureCRM View 
First, select the pipeline under which you want to manage an opportunity.

Double-click on the opportunity card to open the details.

Click on the Note tab.

To delete the note click on the cross icon (x) beside the added note.

Confirm the action by selecting ok.
The note has been successfully removed.
