How To Delete Inactive Problems?
Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.
Search the patient whose information you want to edit.
That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below.
Go to the Problem tab as shown below.
To view InActive Problems, click on the Show Inactive Problems checkbox as shown below. This will allow you to view Inactive problems.
Below given figure shows Inactive Problems.
To delete the Inactive problems, click on the Delete Problem icon as shown below.
After clicking on the Delete Problem icon, it will ask for the confirmation to delete the Problem as shown below. Click on Yes, delete it! button and your Inactive Problem will be deleted successfully.
