How To Download CCDA?
Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.
Search the patient whose information you want to edit.
That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below.
Go to the Appointment tab from the left menu as shown below.
It will show you the list of all the appointments (i.e.)Past Appointments and Upcoming Appointments as shown below.
Click on the Download CCDA icon as shown below, and your CCDA will successfully be downloaded.
NOTE: Past appointments cannot be deleted.
One can also download CCDA from Clinical Dashboard by clicking on Clinical Dashboard tab from the left menu as shown below.
Now go to Clinical Data Management, as shown below.
Select the appointment whose CCDA you want to download and click on the Download CCDA button. Your CCDA will successfully be downloaded.
You can also export CCDA to the patient portal by selecting the appointment and then clicking on the Export CCDA to Patient Portal button as shown below. And your CCDA will be exported successfully to the patient portal.
