How To Edit A Care Plan?
Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.
Search the patient whose information you want to edit.
That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below.
Go to the Clinical Dashboard tab, and then click on the Care Plan as shown below.
Edit the care plan by clicking on the Edit Care Plan icon as shown below.
Edit the details you want to edit and click on the Save button as shown below. Your care plan will be edited successfully.
