How to Edit a Rejected Amendment in PureEHR

How To Edit A Rejected Ammendment In PureEHR?

  1. Go to the search box and search for the patient whose amendments you want to edit. 

  2. Now click on the Clinical Notes button as shown below. 


  1. Select the appointment for which you want to edit and click on the amendment icon from the left menu as shown below. 


  1. To edit the rejected amendment, click on the Edit button, under the Status column as shown below. Edit the details and click the Save button.
