How To Edit Inactive Problems?
Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.
Search the patient whose information you want to edit.
That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below.
Go to the Problem tab as shown below.
To view InActive Problems, click on the Show Inactive Problems checkbox as shown below. This will allow you to view Inactive problems.
Below given figure shows Inactive Problems.
To edit the Inactive Problems click on the Edit Problem icon as shown below.
After editing the problem, click on the Save button. Your Inactive Problem will be saved successfully.
