How To Find The Amount Collected From Insurance Or Cash Practice In PureEHR?

Introduction To Collection Report 

This module will display the amount of money that was collected from a variety of sources, including Point of Sale (POS), Healthcare, Insurance, and Contract Auto Pay within a specific date range. 

Accessing The Collection Report

  1. Click on the Reports tab from the main menu as shown below

  1. Now go to the Collection Report tab as shown below

Selecting Filters

  1. Choose the date range from which the user wants to search patient as shown below.

  1. Select the source as shown below.

  1. Now click on the Search button as shown below.

  1. To clear all the filters, click on the Clear button as shown below.

  1. Desired output will be generated as shown below.

  1. By clicking on patient chartID, the user will be redirected directly to the patient chart.
