How To Make Clinical Note Persistent And Active In PureEHR?



Accessing the Clinical Note Settings


Clinical Note Setting is used if the user wants to make any note persistence. It also provides the ability to make any note active or inactive.

  1. Go to Clinical from the main menu and then click on the Clinical Notes Settings tab as shown below.



Making a Clinical Note Persistence


  1. Check the #Persistence checkbox as shown below to make any particular clinical note of persistence.




Making a Clinical Note Active/Inactive


  1. To make any clinical note active or inactive, check on the #Active checkbox as shown below. 

NOTE: Here the notes that are marked in red background, indicate that these notes are Inactive. 

  1. After making the desired changes click on the Save button and the changes will be reflected in the clinical notes.
