How To Preview The Clinical Note?
To preview the clinical notes follow the below steps
first search for the patient from the Search Box situated in the top right corner or from the Patient List in Patients situated in the top left corner.
Now click on the Clinical Notes button as shown below.
Select the appointment from the left menu and click on the edit icon as shown below.
Or else you can click on Preview Notes as shown below.
You can zoom in and zoom out by clicking the “ - “ and “ + “ sign situated at the center top of pdf
You can Download the clinical notes by clicking on the button shown below.
You can also Print clinical notes by clicking on the button shown below.
