How To Search For A Clinical Notes In PureEHR?

  1. Go to the main menu and click on Clinical> Clinical Notes as shown below.

  1. You will be redirected to the Clinical Report Tool. You can use any or all of the filters to filter your results, leaving any that aren't in use blank. And the resultant option will show you the list of the clinical notes. 

  1. You can also view Clinical Notes for a particular patient by opening the Patient Chart. Search the patient from the Search box situated in the top right corner. 

  2. Now click on the Clinical Notes button as shown below. 

This will allow you to write, view, edit, sign and lock the note.
