How To Send CCDA To Patient Portal Via Clinical Dashboard?
Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.
Search the patient whose information you want to edit.
That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below.
Go to the Clinical Dashboard tab, and then click on the Clinical Dashboard Management as shown below.
Export CCDA to the patient portal by selecting the appointment and then clicking on the Export CCDA to Patient Portal button as shown below. And your CCDA will be exported successfully to the patient portal.
