How To Send Contract To Patient For Signature?


  1. Firstly open a Patient Chart by either searching for a patient in the search box at the top right side of the screen or from the Patient List in Patient at the top left side of the screen. 


  1. Now click on Billing situated second in position at the left side menu. 


  1. Now go to the Contact situated next to billing at the top of the billing summary.


  1. Now click on the Send Contract For Signature icon situated right side of the selected.


  1. The contract can be sent again to the patient by clicking the send button, once the patient signs the contract the send button will disappear as it already has been signed by the patient the original contract’s copy will be sent to the patient’s register email ID. 


  1. To view, the contract clicks on the Contract Preview Icon.
