How to share Covid Examination Form for an Office ?


To Share an Office When Created Follow the Steps Below:


Prerequisite: Make sure that the Office should be created in order to share an office.

  1. Click on Settings from the main menu. 

  2. Go to the Practice Management menu and select Office Management tab.

  3. Click on the Share Office  icon under the actions column as shown below:

            

  1. Once clicked, the popup will be shown as mentioned below:

            

 


To Add Patient in Pre Appointment Section


  1. Click on Click to Copy and the link will be copied. The form will be open:

           

  1. Once the form is filled with details the user will click on the Save button.
