How To Unlock Any Clinical Note In PureEHR?

  1. Search for the patient for which you want to unlock the clinical notes for.

  2. From the top card of the patient chart, there will be a Clinical Notes button.

  3. Now, select the appointment for which you need to unlock the clinical note from the RHS Navbar.

  4. If you are the supervising provider then it will allow you to unlock the clinical note as shown below

  1. Once clicked it will show the pop-up as shown below click on Yes, unlock please!

  1. Once the note is successfully unlocked it will show.

  1. The clinical note is successfully unlocked.
