How to Upload a Document in PureEHR

How To Upload A Document?


To upload a new document of patient follow below steps

  1. first search the patient from the Search Box situated on the top right corner or from the Patient List in Patients situated on the top left corner.


  1. Click on Documents situated at the left side menu as shown below



  1. Then click on Documents Upload. 


  1. Select the Root Category folder in which you want to upload documents as shown below.



  1. Select the Upload button situated at the top left corner.


  1. Select a document you want to upload from your device.


  1. Then add document Details as shown below


  1. Click on the upload button as shown below.


  1. You can create a new folder by clicking on the New Folder button as shown below.


  1. To View the document double click on document. 


  1. To edit the document right-click on the selected document and click on Edit as shown below.


  1. To delete the document right-click on the selected document and click on the Delete button as shown below.
