How To Upload Patient's Drivers License In PureEHR?
Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.
Search the patient whose information you want to edit.
That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below.
Go to the Patient Information tab, and click on Identification as shown below.
The Driver’s license tab is shown below.
Upload the Driver’s License as shown below. Enter the Driver’s License Number and Driver’s License State. Click on the Upload button.
After uploading the driver’s license, the ID proof icon in the patient chart will turn green from red as shown below.
You can view the uploaded file by clicking on the magnification icon as shown in the above figure.
NOTE: jpeg, jpg, and pdf files are supported.
The user can also upload the driver’s license directly by clicking on the ID proof icon from the patient chart.
