How To Use Availability Search In PureEHR?



Check Availability Of Providers And Offices For Scheduling An Appointment. 


Availability Search Module is developed to check the free slots of providers and offices. Users can schedule an appointment directly after checking their availability. 

  1. Go to Appointments from the main menu and then click on the Availability Search.


  1. Users will get an automatic popup where the list of offices will be shown. Users can delete the office(s) according to its requirements by clicking on the trash icon as shown below. 

  1. An automatic popup will be displayed where the list of the offices will be shown. User can delete the Provider(s) according to its requirements by clicking on the trash icon as shown below.

  1. Now select the Range of Dates and other filters for which you want to check availability.  

 

  1. Select the Working Days for which you want to check availability and then click on the Save button.


  1. Users can directly schedule appointments by clicking on the Scheduled Appointment button.
