How To View Active Problems From The Clinical Dashboard?

  1. Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.

  1. Search the patient whose information you want to edit. 

  2. That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below. 


  1. Go to the Clinical Dashboard tab, and then click on the Active Problems as shown below.


  1. All the problems the patient is suffering will be listed here.
