How To View Audit Logs For Problems In PureEHR?
Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.
Search the patient whose information you want to edit.
That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below.
Go to the Problem tab as shown below.
Below the listing of Active problems shows Audit logs as shown below.
