How To View Care Plan?
Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.
Search the patient whose information you want to edit.
That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below.
Go to the Clinical Dashboard tab, and then click on the Care Plan as shown below.
It will show you the table list of the care plan.
One can also add a new care plan by clicking on the +Care Plan button as shown below.
After clicking on the +Care Plan, it will open a popup as shown below. Fill in all the details and click on the Save button, and your care plan will be saved successfully.
One can also edit the care plan by clicking on the Edit Care Plan icon as shown below.
Edit the details you want to edit and click on the Save button as shown below.
One can delete a care plan by clicking on the Delete Care Plan button as shown below.
After clicking on the Delete Care Plan button, it will ask for confirmation to delete the care plan. Click on Yes! delete it, and your care plan is deleted successfully.
