How to View CCDA?

How to View CCDA?

  1. Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.

  1. Search the patient whose information you want to edit. 

  2. That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below. 


  1. Go to the Appointment tab from the left menu as shown below.


  1. It will show you the list of all the appointments (i.e.)Past Appointments and Upcoming Appointments as shown below. 

  1. Click on the View CCDA icon as shown below

After clicking on that icon you can view the CCDA for the particular appointment. Below image shows the CCDA.
