How To View List Of Cognitive Status?
Go to the search box which is situated in the top right corner of the main menu as shown below.
Search the patient whose information you want to edit.
That will open the patient chart of the searched patient as shown below.
Go to the Clinical Dashboard tab, and then click on the Previous Cognitive Status as shown below.
Added cognitive statuses can be viewed in the table listing below the Add Status button as shown below.
