Subscription And Contracts

Subscription management is made for a special type of patient program plan which is a treatment for a longer period of time like for example 6 months or 12 months. Our PureEHR has the functionality to manage this type of program. Here is a detailed article on how to use subscription management.  To begin with, we will see how the contract subscription plan has been added. 


  1. First select Subscription Management from services situated in the top middle part of the screen as shown below.


  1. Now click on +Subscription Plan situated at the top left side of the screen above the search box.


  1. Now fill out the details for the subscription plan and click on Save.


  1. You can view your plan in the main chart now.


  1. To edit the subscription plan click on the Edit icon as shown below.


  1. Now open a Patient Chart by either searching a patient in the search box situated at the top right side on screen or from the patient list in Patients at the top left side on screen. 

  1. Click on the Billing button situated at the left hand side menu.


  1. Now go to the contact tab situated next to billing at the top of the billing summary.


  1. Now click on +Contract situated at the right side to add a contract for that particular patient.

  


  1. Select the program plan and other details, you can charge payment in one time payment and also in installments (EMI), now click on the Save button.

 

  1. Added contract will appear in the chart below.

The contract status will show pending as it has not been processed for starting the contract plan following given steps.


  1. To view contact details click on the Contact Preview icon as shown below.

It will open a PDF which has the detailed information of the contract.


  1. To edit contract details click on the Edit Contract icon.

  1. To send a contract to a patient for signature click on the Send Contract For Signature icon.

Now the status of the contract will automatically change to “Waiting for Signature” and once the patient signs the contract the status will automatically change to “Running”. The status can also be changed manually if required by go to edit contract. 



  1. To view the payment details of the contract click on “+as shown below.


  1. You can view the charged and pending to charge payments with date as shown below.. 

  1. You can view the payment receipt by clicking on the View Icon.


  1. You can send and resend the payment receipt by clicking on the Send Icon.

The Send Icon will change to green once the payment receipt is sent to the patient.It can be resend by clicking on that green Send icon.


  1. If the patient or provider do not want to continue the program then Contract Status can be changed manually from Running to “Stopped”
