The Clinical Dashboard is a tool that allows doctors to gain a more comprehensive understanding of a patient's medical journey. Using a member's health history, medical encounters, lab results, care plan, care team member, functional and cognitive status, and other information, creates an easily understandable summary profile of a member's current state of health for the member.
