How to Assign a Coordinator to a Patient in PureEHR

What is The Use of DND in CRM Contact Patients?

DND is a short form for Do Not Disturb, when the DND is on the user can not send email or SMS to the patient 


DND can be managed by the EHR user from the patient’s contact page.

Patients can also enable DND from their received mail  


Here is the guide on how to manage DND settings by EHR user. 


  1. Go to the service menu and under the PureCRM tab open PureCRM contacts.


  1. Now click on the patient's name to open his/her contact.


  1. On the left side patient info section, click on the DND button to enable the function.

You can on and off the DND as required.
