Why Is The Office Not Visible While Scheduling The Appointment In PureEHR?

In order to put the security aspect in mind, we have added this access management for Office and Staff management, to make sure that the particular provider only has access to the office which he created or has access to and accordingly making it more efficient for scheduling the timings for provider and office respectively.


Prerequisite


  • Must have access to Staff Management. In order to get permission for Staff Management please refer to the link.


Basic Flow To Solve This


  1. Sign in to PureEHR making sure that the user is having all the admin access. 

Note: At least to Staff Management.


  1. Go to Staff Management from Settings in PureEHR.


  1. Click on the edit icon for that provider/staff to whom we have to give access.

Note: It will be for that staff who is having their own credentials to login into PureEHR.

  1. In Staff Settings, go below in the Office Access field.

  2. Add the office which provider wants to see in the dropdown while scheduling the appointment.

  1. Click on the Update button and the information will be updated successfully.

  2. Ask Provider to sign in with the credentials and schedule the appointment, all the offices which were added will be mentioned as shown below:
